- Creating initial design sketches, colour themes, and ideas based on client’s requirements and space availability.
- Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project.
- Set a timeline for the completion of projects.
- Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
- Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline.
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or any related field.

- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet the design, safety and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or any related field.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- IT literacy, including the use of computers and handheld devices.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
